Please read these Terms carefully before engaging BizBoost. By instructing us to design, build, host or maintain a website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BizBoost Limited ("BizBoost", "we", "us") is a limited company incorporated in Ireland (CRO No. 817845). We design, build and host websites for Irish small and medium businesses, with optional ongoing maintenance plans.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of your business. BizBoost services are intended for use by businesses, not consumers.
Each plan includes a one-time setup fee covering the design and build of your website, as agreed before work begins. We will agree the scope, number of pages and key features with you before starting. Significant changes to scope after work has started may incur additional charges, which we will always agree with you first.
Following launch, your website is covered by a monthly or annual hosting & maintenance plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance. All prices are in Euro (€) and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once design or build work has commenced, reflecting the time invested in your project. Monthly and annual hosting & maintenance fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. To discuss a refund request, email productions@bizboost.ie.
You agree not to use your BizBoost-hosted website to:
We reserve the right to suspend hosting for content or activity that breaches this section.
Plans that include monthly content updates cover reasonable text, image and minor content changes submitted via email. Larger redesigns, new functionality, or requests beyond the scope of your plan may be quoted separately. We aim to action change requests promptly, with turnaround times varying by plan.
Once the setup fee is paid in full, the design and content created for your website belong to you. Underlying software, templates, frameworks and any BizBoost branding remain the property of BizBoost Limited or its licensors. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, images, logos or trademarks you provide to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, BizBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for 99.9% hosting uptime and perform automatic daily backups, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, Stripe).
Either party may terminate a hosting & maintenance subscription at any time by giving 30 days' notice via email to productions@bizboost.ie. Upon termination, hosting will continue until the end of the notice period, after which we will provide an export of your website files on request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
