Why not #1?

No one can honestly promise you the #1 spot on Google, and Google itself warns against anyone who does. So we don’t. Instead, on SEO Pro we make a specific promise you can check, with a remedy if we miss it.

What we guarantee

If you are on SEO Pro, your business will appear in the top 3 results on Google Maps (the “map pack”) for one main search within 6 months of your SEO Pro start date. If it doesn’t, your next month of SEO Pro is free, and every month after that is free until it does.

How it works

1. We agree the search in writing in your first week. It is one search in the form “[service] [town]”, for example “plumber Cavan”, for a service you offer in a town where you have your business address or service area.
2. We check it every month with a local rank-tracking tool set to the centre of that town, and send you the result in your monthly report. Results on your own phone can differ, because Google adjusts them to where each person is standing.
3. If you are not in the top 3 by the end of month 6, we don’t invoice you for month 7, or any month after it, until the monthly check shows you in the top 3.
4. Once you are in the top 3, the guarantee is met. If you drop out later, we keep working to get you back at no extra cost.

Conditions

The guarantee applies when all of these are true:

• You are on SEO Pro and your invoices are paid on time.
• Your Google Business Profile is verified and shows a real address or service area that covers the agreed town.
• You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile in your first week and keep us as a Manager.
• You give us what we ask for (photos, details of your services, answers to questions) within 10 working days.
• Your profile is not suspended or restricted because of something outside our control, such as changes you make yourself or a breach of Google’s rules that we didn’t cause.

What it doesn’t cover

The guarantee covers one agreed search. We track and report your other searches every month, but we don’t guarantee them. The guarantee is a free-months remedy, not a cash refund. It does not apply to SEO Starter, SEO Growth or website plans.
