Terms of Service
1. About BizBoost
BizBoost Limited is an Irish limited company (CRO No. 817845) providing website design, build, hosting and search engine optimisation (SEO) services to businesses in Ireland.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Project scope & setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers the design and build of your website as agreed. Significant changes to scope may incur additional charges, agreed with you in advance.
4. Subscription plans & billing
Plans renew monthly or annually and are billed in advance. SEO plans have no setup fee and renew monthly. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking; search engines decide rankings. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. We give advance notice of any price changes. Accounts with failed payments may be suspended after 7 days.
5. Refund policy
The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins. Monthly plan fees (website and SEO plans) are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time for future periods.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful, defamatory or infringing content, spam, malicious code, GDPR-violating activity or unauthorised access attempts. We reserve the right to suspend service for breaches.
7. Intellectual property & ownership
Your website's design and content belong to you once the setup fee is paid. The underlying software, tooling and templates remain the property of BizBoost.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at three months of fees paid.
9. Hosting & availability
We target 99.9% uptime with daily backups. We are not liable for third-party outages or scheduled maintenance windows.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Hosting continues during the notice period, and your website files are exported to you on request.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
